What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching helps people to focus on what’s really important to them in life and supports them in achieving this. Many people come to life coaching at a time in their life when they are ready for a change but are not sure how to achieve the life they really want and whether they have the courage to do it?
Just like in sport, where the greatest athletes need a coach, the same is true both in our work lives and in our relationships and personal lives.
Having a coach can help you make lasting changes in your life over a short space of time, and with the support to help you carry it through.
How does it work?
In the first session we agree your objectives and crystallise what you want and need in your life right now. Then we develop a plan for achieving this. Weekly sessions are used to set managable goals and steps that will lead you to the life you want. They give you a structure to keep present to the things that are important to your in life and work through the challenges you face in getting there.
Coaching can last between 6 weeks and 6 months.
