What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching helps people to focus on what’s really important to them in life and supports them in achieving this.  Many people come to life coaching at a time in their life when they are ready for a change but are not sure how to achieve the life they really want and whether they have the courage to do it?

Just like in sport, where the greatest athletes need a coach, the same is true both in our work lives and in our relationships and personal lives.

Having a coach can help you make lasting changes in your life over a short space of time, and with the support to help you carry it through.

How does it work?
In the first session we agree your objectives and decide whether we will work well together.  Then we will meet every week or every two weeks. First of all working on crystallising what you want and need in your life right now, and agreeing a strategy for achieving this. Email support is also available between sessions. Then, over a period of 6 weeks to six months I will coach and support you in having a life that really works for you.
