Counselling and psychotherapy

I am an experienced integrative counsellor. I encourage my clients to agree goals in therapy and use a range of approaches in my work including person-centred (humanist), psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT).

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I trained in counselling and psychotherapy at the University of East London (BACP accredited course) and completed my Diploma in 2006.

I see clients in my Stoke Newington Practice, and online with skype. Stoke Newington is close to Dalston E8, Hackney E9, Standford Hill N15, Findsbury Park N4 and Islington, N1.

My previous practice expereince includes working for PsychotherapyUK - a central London counselling practice, as a volunteer counsellor for Terrence Higgins Trust and as an emotional support volunteer at Vitctim Support.
