About Oliver

Counselling
I am an integrative counsellor. I encourage my clients to agree goals in therapy and use person-centred (humanistic), psychodynamic as well as cognitive and behavioural techniques in my work with clients.

Training
I trained in counselling and psychotherapy the University of East London (UEL)  BACP accredited course and completed my counselling Diploma in 2006.

Experience
I see clients at PsychotherapyUK counselling practice near Oxford Circus
W1 Central London and in my private practice in Stoke Newington, North London N16. I also offer online skype counselling for overseas clients.

I worked as a volunteer counsellor for Terrence Higgins Trust for two and a half years, where I saw clients living with or affected by HIV.

I also worked for Victim Support for over two years as a volunteer counsellor offering emotional support to victims of violent crime.

I also offer life coaching if you want to take a more practical approach to dealing with life changes and the areas of life your that don't work.

Life coaching offers a goal orientated approach to having your life work better for you.  For some people this is about starting a business and generating the motivation to succeed. For others it is about relationships, friends or having a better work life balance.
