About Oliver

I am an integrative counsellor. I encourage my clients to agree goals in therapy and use person-centred (humanistic), psychodynamic as well as cognitive and behavioural techniques in my work with clients.

I trained in counselling and psychotherapy the University of East London (UEL)  BACP accredited course and completed my counselling Diploma in 2006.

Before that I worked as an emotional support volunteer for Victim Support with victims of violent crime.

Life coaching

I offer life coaching for those who want to take a more practical approach to dealing with life changes and the areas of life your that don't work.

Life coaching offers a goal orientated approach to having your life work better for you.  For some people this is about starting a business and generating the motivation to succeed. For others it is about relationships, friends or having a better work life balance.
