I am a person centred integrative counsellor. I encourage my clients to set the agenda and agree goals for therapy. I also use cognitive and behavioural techniques as well as Gestalt approaches in my work with clients.

I trained in counselling and psychotherapy the University of East London (UEL) BACP accredited course and completed my counselling Diploma in 2006.   I see clients at PsychotherapyUK in central London, at the Doctor Today private medical centre in Finchley Road, north London, in my private practice in Stoke Newington and online via Skype.
