I work as an integrative counsellor. I encourage my clients to agree goals in therapy and use a range of approaches in my work including person-centred (humanist), psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT).

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I trained in counselling and psychotherapy at the University of East London (BACP accredited course) and completed my Diploma in 2006.
